The primary guest is responsible for sharing these rules with all guests and confirming their acknowledgment of the liability waiver. Pre-Check-In Requirement**: - All adult guests must accept/join the reservation with full names and emails through Airbnb within 24 hours of confirmed booking. (Instructions will be sent via Airbnb.) **No Unregistered Guests**: - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered individuals will be considered trespassers and may lead to immediate removal and reservation cancellation. **Supervision of Minors**: - Minors (under 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times. - **Maximum Occupancy**: - The property accommodates 6 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation. **Quiet Hours**: - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will not allow anyone under this age to drive. Any drivers of cart must agree to Huse Rules and Liability Waiver 4. **Prohibited Activities**: You will not operate the golf cart under the influence of drugs or alcohol and will refrain from reckless behavior. 5. **Liability Release**: You release Black Bayer Properties LLC and Erik Nelson from any liability for injuries or damages sustained while using the golf cart. 6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Black Bayer Properties LLC, Erik Nelson, their employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the golf cart, including claims made by any third parties. 7. **Damage Responsibility**: You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage to the golf cart during your use. 8. **Emergency Contact**: In the event of an emergency, you will contact 911, then Erik Nelson By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood this liability waiver and house rules, and you voluntarily accept their conditions. These cost $50 per couple and are paid directly to The Villages upon pickup at the Lake Sumter Landing Sales & Information Center. Let us know in advance so we can coordinate for you! Golf Cart Use: A golf cart is included for guest use during your stay. Please drive responsibly and follow all local rules and guidelines within The Villages. Dog-Friendly Property: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. A small pet fee may apply, and we kindly ask that pets stay off furniture. Security & Safety: The home is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety. There are no interior cameras or recording devices.
