Beautiful home. Very professionally decorated. All amenities. Great location between Sumter and Brownwood Squares. One minute golf cart ride to pool. Hosts were very responsive. We had no issues and would stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Erik's place! He was able to accommodate us last minute after our other reservation had lied about amenities. The house was comfortable, beautiful and had everything we needed. Thank you so much again!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It was the perfect getaway for me and my kids. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The private heated pool was a huge highlight, and being so close to Disney made everything easy and stress-free. The resort amenities were wonderful and my kids had an amazing time. The host was amazing and always answered all of our questions quickly whenever we needed anything. There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and made our stay enjoyable

We were on a girls trip and we all felt the accommodations were very adequate for our needs. Erik provided an additional blow dryer so we could have two of them for us. The golf cart was fun to be in. Definitely want to return to the Villages. The location of the home was excellent.

The house was just as described and right in the heart of The Villages. Erik filed out the activity pass paperwork so it was quick and easy to pick up from The Villages sale center (bring cash or check). Having a golf cart included is a big plus. Both beds are memory foam type.

The house was clean and neat. The kitchen had every thing you need to cook and then some. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room. Plenty of extra towels and towels for the pool. The master bed room needs a dresser for you clothes.

Everything was excellent: the cleanliness, the organization, and its central location close to markets and parks. It definitely won't be my last time staying here. I honestly don't have anything negative to say.

This was a wonderful stay. Eric was so helpful and responded immediately. He made our wedding weekend so easy and took what could have been a added stress and made it so much easier. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and it exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend staying here enough. We wish we would of had a chance to stay longer and take advantage of all the amenities but there is always a next time.

Perfect townhome in Sanford Fl. The place was spotless, very nicely decorated and super convenient! Erik was an amazing host - very responsive, made a ton of recommendations , had snacks waiting upon arrival and allowed me to extend my stay last minute. Thank you Erik!!
